REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you will love your TIDINGS purchase.
If you would like an exchange or refund, please be advised of the following:

• Please send us an email requesting a Refund or Exchange shop@tidings.ie
• Once we’ve received your email, please send your return or exchange to:

Seaview House, Dunany, Togher, Co.Louth, A92X 8E8, IRELAND

• Return or exchange requests must be received within 14 days of receipt.
• All items must be returned unused with TIDINGS tags, packaging, and labels still attached.

A refund of your purchase can be made once it is received and checked in full.

When posting, please keep proof of purchase and tracking number where possible.

All refunds will be processed as soon as possible. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please be aware that refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
